Inspired by the late Sheikh Zayed, we set out to invest in human capacity so that UAE nationals, who represent only about 15% of the population, can be well prepared to participate in the country’s upcoming diversified sectors. We believe that through education and career counseling we will contribute to the elimination of structural unemployment and help create a more competitive Emirati work force. We do our job by empowering Emiratis to realize their educational and career aspirations while simultaneously guiding them towards sectors where there is high potential.
